When nature becomes a source of inspiration and an imagined group of people come together, magic happens.

It all started in a quiet bay in the iconic beauty of Datça. A legendary seaside restaurant emerged on the Kargı coast.

A Mediterranean summer, set on the pebbled shore of Kargı Bay. Where the salted breeze of the Aegean meets a refined sense of stillness — and Mendelle was born.
